These terms apply to your use of the Kimmigration Client Portal, which KME Co provides to collect and organise information and documentation for the matter you have been invited to.

Access

Access is provided by private invitation link or KME Co staff sign-in, and only for the purpose for which it was given. Please keep your invitation link private, and let KME Co know promptly if you believe it has been shared or misused.

Information you provide

Please make sure the information and documents you submit are accurate, complete and current. KME Co provides project management and administrative assistance and does not provide legal or immigration advice, and cannot guarantee any particular outcome.

Intellectual property

All content made available through the Kimmigration Client Portal, including form wording, questionnaires, workflow structure, prompts, checklists, templates, document guidance, compilation and arrangement of information, graphics and other materials, is owned by or licensed to KME Co unless otherwise stated.

You may use the portal and its materials only for the purpose for which KME Co has provided access. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, modify, extract, scrape, create derivative works from, or use any part of the portal or its materials to develop or support another form, portal, service or commercial product without KME Co’s prior written permission.

Access to the portal does not give permission to reuse KME Co’s forms, questionnaire wording, templates or workflow design for another business, service or client-intake system.

This restriction does not prevent a user from downloading or retaining documents that KME Co specifically provides to them for their own matter or lawful business use.

Documents provided to you

Where KME Co provides you with a copy of a document for reference, that copy may be marked as a client copy for the relevant matter. Your original documents remain your own and are stored unaltered.

Privacy

Information submitted through the portal is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Legal information

Portal forms, wording, templates and workflow materials are proprietary to KME Co.
